SHIPPING POLICY:
SO FETCH uses Post Luxembourg for Domestic and International orders.


DELIVERY TIME:

3-5 working days for Luxembourg

5-7 working days for EU-countries

10-14 working days for non-EU-countries

from the moment of receiving a shipping confirmation. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail once your order has been dispatched. Please note that no deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that additional costs (import taxes, customs duties, etc) can be charged. SO FETCH is not liable for any custom duties, charges, import taxes and related costs which may occur in the country of delivery outside EU. All such costs shell be borne by the buyer. Therefore if you have any doubt about these fees we recommend contacting your local customs office.

RETURN POLICY:
We in SO FETCH hope that you and your dog love your purchase. But in case you don't, we are here to help.


RETURN.

In accordance with SO FETCH return policy you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery to the respective address without any reason (“withdrawal right”).

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is applicable for products:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you receive it. It also must be with all tags attached and in the original packaging such as boxes or bags.

RETURN SHIPPING.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund: you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

REFUND.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds will be transferred to you in accordance with the original method of payment used by you.
